Lake Shel-oole in Shelby, Montana...

We stayed in this city campground for 1 night.  We met a couple coming from Alaska and traveling to Michigan.  They live there and have made 35 trips over the years, to visit family and friends.  We spent quite a bit of time  extracting information about traveling the roads and how things have changed since Kathy and Chick lived there 10 years ago.  We wish them safe travels and much appreciate all the help they gave us!

As usual Wen's furry friends are one step ahead of us :)

The next morning I climbed atop the dike to our north to see what was behind the tall hill...

Guess I overreacted about the massive reservoir behind it :)
