Long Branch COE in Lancaster, TN

We really enjoyed this stop and meeting new friends, Tony and Howard.  They teach fly-casting to veterans and especially disabled veterans through the regional Project Healing Waters program [projecthealingwaters.org]  

My dilemma is this, do I report and then have to cook my own meal tonight, or....?  Have you tasted my cooking?

I wish I had taken a picture of Howard.  He suggested we go to the state park on the other side of the dam and climb the lookout tower to enjoy the sight from atop.  5 days later and our calves still hurt!

We finally were able to hike a couple of miles at the park.

We were faced with this decision twice, and both times...WRONG choice.  On the bright side, we enjoyed a longer hike :)
